Chenille Fabric has a fur-like texture, which is created by weaving the warp thread in groups. It is made of cotton, silk or wool and is similar to velvet. The fabric has beautiful appearance and is very soft. This has made it a fancy fabric and is preferred by fabric designers. The pile of the fabric is not flat, so it reflects and absorbs light in varying degrees. The word “Chenille” has been taken from a French word for caterpillar because the fuzzy pile yarn look like a caterpillar.

Our chenille tufting machines from USA are COBBLE, TUFTCO and B&J Covering 3/16”, 1/8” and 5/32 gauge/size. We have the facilities to make different Types of chenille and can tuft up to 120 inch wide fabric .The fabric is made under comprehensive quality control parameters based on “Four points inspection System” it operates right from fine quality yarn input quality level to the end product according to the requirement of our chenille products and to ensure worthy customers.
